Cabernet Hot Cocoa

Tis the season for our Cabernet Hot Cocoa! Perfect for sipping or gifting.

Cocoa mix (makes 12 servings):
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

For sipping: Stir together 3 tablespoons cocoa mix and 1/4 cup Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon in a small saucepan. Turn burner on to medium and add 1 cup milk. Bring to a low boil, whisking constantly, until frothy. Makes one serving.

For gifting: Mix cocoa mix in a jar and pair with a bottle of Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon, include recipe for sipping on a gift tag.
