Nothing contributes more to making great wines
than purity of fruit. Our organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon benefits
from perfectly ripened flavorful North Coast grapes. Barrel aging
in handcrafted French and American oak accentuates the distinctive
berry plum flavors in t this elegant, well-balanced Cabernet.
Extended maceration of the grapes was used to develop further color,
flavor, and complexity. A higher amount of Syrah was used this year
than in previous in order to add a rich fruit character and soften
the wine.
