Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

This Cabernet offers aromas of bright cherry, currant and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. In the glass, you will find flavors of cherry and currant and a lingering and thoughtful finish. Good structure, a moderate weight, polished tannins and balanced acidity.

Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This inaugural vintage of our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted predominantly from Butler Ranch, one of our Regenerative Organic Certified estate vineyards in Mendocino County. Extreme elevation and rare Redvine soils make this mountain site ideal for growing well-structured Cabernet Sauvignon with rich layers of flavor. A deep, dark garnet hue – courtesy of a touch of Petit Sirah in the blend – sets the stage for a richly textured Cabernet Sauvignon with great depth of character.

The McNab Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

One of the original Biodynamic® vineyards planted in the United State, McNab Ranch is the agricultural heart of Bonterra Organic Vineyards. This single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a brilliant, deep red hue and opens with an appealing chorus of black currant, fig and dark chocolate aromas. Firm though fine tannins frame a generous mid-palate that leads to flavors of cassis, toast, portobello and subtle minerality. Suggestions of tobacco and anise harmonize on a lingering finish.
