Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2023 (3): It’s fresh, vibrant and profoundly aromatic, with citrus notes. A small portion of the blend was fermented in oak barrels, giving the wine a richer, rounder mouthfeel than traditional Sauvignon Blanc.
