Cabernet Hot Cocoa
Servings: Cocoa mix (makes 12 servings)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
For sipping: Stir together 3 tablespoons cocoa mix and 1/4 cup Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon in a small saucepan. Turn the burner on to medium and add 1 cup milk. Bring to a low boil, whisking constantly, until frothy. Makes one serving.
