Warmer weather is here. Prolonged exposure to hot temperatures during shipping may negatively impact the wines in your order. We strongly recommend adding eco-cool packs to your order during the hot summer months to protect your order against weather-related issues during shipping.

Note: Eco-Cool Packs are compatible with bottle purchases only. We do not offer eco-cool packs for canned wines at this time. We hope to offer temperature control options for cans at some point in the future.

How many Eco-Cool Packs do I need?
We recommend adding 1 coolpack for every 12 bottles in your order.

How long do Eco-Cool Packs last?
According to the supplier of our Eco-Cool Packs, Eco-Cool Packs have proven active thermal protection for 48 hours (or longer, depending on external conditions) based on supplier testing reports and safety performance on par or better than foam packaging solutions according to data from tens of thousands of shipments.

What is an Eco-Cool Pack made out of?

• Entirely curbside recyclable, along with reusable or safely disposable drain-safe gel pack.
• Pulp – Recycled material produced on a closed-loop water system.
• Thermal Liners – 100% curbside recyclable PET liner made from recycled plastic bottles.
• Gel Packs – Drain-safe and biodegradable.
